Challenge: Firstly, to develop a verified Whatsapp business chatbot for Gateway Shopping Centre. Secondly to get users to trust and interact with the chatbot, whilst using AI (Artificial Intelligence) to improve the user experience.
Big Idea: We created a gender neutral, all-inclusive name for the bot, which is Sam. This made the adoption of the bot more human and approachable. /2
Execution: Our creative and technical team implemented a “Secret Deals” campaign. This encouraged user onboarding as well as tenant adoption. /3
